The partnership will improve access to care, streamline staff workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Gray Oncology Solutions is proud to announce a new partnership with Elekta, a global leader in precision radiation medicine, to bring our Care Orchestration Platform, GrayOS, to Elekta ONE OIS customers across North America.
GrayOS serves as a powerful logistics layer that automates and optimizes oncology scheduling using advanced algorithms. By integrating directly with Elekta ONE OIS, GrayOS enables clinics to automatically schedule patients based on clinical criteria and resource availability, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing staff burden, and improving patient access to timely care.
“With this collaboration, we’re eliminating scheduling challenges for Elekta customers and paving the way for more effective cancer care,” said André Diamant, CEO of Gray.
Early adopters of GrayOS have reported significant operational improvements:
Up to 80% reduction in scheduling time
58% decrease in administrative wait time
5–10% increase in patient throughput
Higher staff morale and reduced burnout
At The Ottawa Hospital, the implementation of GrayOS led to a 17% increase in the rate of patients treated within target timelines, along with a substantial reduction in manual booking work.

About Gray Oncology Solutions
Gray is a healthcare technology company on a mission to help care teams overcome the operational complexity of delivering patient-centered care so that every patient receives the best possible care with the highest efficiency.
Founded by a team of medical physicists and professors, Gray brings together deep expertise in clinical operations, data science, and systems engineering to transform how care is coordinated. At the core of its innovation is GrayOS, the industry’s first Care Orchestration Platform (COP). Purpose-built for complex care environments such as radiotherapy, systemic therapy, transplant and cell therapy, endoscopy, and more, GrayOS dynamically optimizes the two sides of the capacity-demand equation: resources and patient flow. By combining advanced algorithms with human ingenuity, Gray enables centers globally to increase access to care, reduce administrative burden, and improve both staff and patient experience.
